ANNUAL FEE SCHEDULE 2021
At Vineyard Lutheran School there are three fees applicable to each student; Tuition, Student and Camp fees. Tuition covers all costs associated directly with school-based tuition including IT. The Student fee covers all excursions, swimming, events, performances and bus travel required for the year. Camp fees are only for years 2 -7 and are different for each year level – these are set at the start of the year. Stationery packs are ordered in the prior year and are not included in these fees.
Fees are payable either at the beginning of the school year as a discounted lump sum, or at the beginning of each term, weekly or any other arrangement which will be suitable for individual families. We encourage families who choose to make regular payments to take advantage of our direct debit facilities. Individual payment options should be negotiated with the Finance Officer.
There is an automatic discount applied to the Tuition fee for children from the same family attending the school at the same time (Sibling Discount) – 20% for second child, 50% for third child, and 100% for any further children.

Camp costs for Years 2-7 will be calculated before the 2021 parent information night. These will be invoiced in the term that the camp(s) is held but cost can be amortised across the year as part of the payment plan to assist with family budgeting. Please contact our Finance Officer if you wish to add camp fee to your payment plan.

School fees paid before the end of February for the whole school year will have a 4% discount applied.
Although non-government schools do not receive any School Card funding we do use the eligibility test to allocate a further discount of 40% to eligible families. Eligibility is determined mainly by family income but can also take into account hardship, change of circumstances, migrants, and veterans. Foster parents and guardians are automatically eligible. The income limits are set each year by DECD and are based on the prior year’s income tax return. The School does not see this data but is simply notified of the result from the State Government. Application forms can be obtained from the School or from the www.sa.gov.au website in early 2021.
We do have a Building Fund available for voluntary, fully tax-deductible capital donations with receipts issued for taxation purposes. The Building Fund is used to assist the School finance capital works including the enhancement and development of school buildings and grounds.
